CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
Warranty conditions.
The warranty period is of twelve months from date of purchase, verified or verifiable, and is exercised by the company by IRIS srl is committed to channel and facilitate contact with the manufacturer. The warranty must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture within eight days of discovering the defect.
The warranty covers free replacement of defective parts of the appliance or tool, for reasons well-established manufacturing without charge of labor costs.
The warranty does not apply to all products that have been damaged through negligence, for accidents to incorrect connection, improper installation or for violation of installation instructions and use set and does not apply to products that have been repaired or otherwise tampered with by unauthorized technicians from the manufacturer , or serial number has been removed, defaced or altered. Technical assistance during the warranty period will not lead to extensions or renewals thereof and excluding any form of compensation in any capacity or replacement product. Defective parts replaced under warranty will remain the property of the manufacturer if unspecified . Transport costs , to and from the factory or authorized service center , are your responsibility.
For Accordion, According to normal market practices , are excluded from warranty: 1) Tuning
2) The Bellows.
The guarantee certificate must accompany the product for which intervention is required as collateral. The costs of packaging and transportation have always Charged to the individual user. If intervention outside laboratory will be entitled to receive a call and will be charged for travel expenses and transportation.
The warranty is not valid unless accompanied by a stamp affixed by us at the time of shipment and invoice.
For accordion SCANDALLI , SOPRANI and SEM , is essential the serial number.
