Because we deliver musical instruments in almost all countries of the world, the sale price excluding VAT is intended for all nations not units within the following list, while the states of the European Union will adopt the following VAT rates. The cost of shipping is according to the "world areas" and must include insurance
For delivery outside the European Union may be subject to duties, customs fees and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when ordering goods from PlayMelodies.com (ITALY) and these cases the additional costs are fully charged to the buyer.

The amounts of purchases will be charged to your credit card only if the goods will be available for shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree No. 50 of January 15, 1992, as amended by Legislative Decree No 185 of 22 May 1999)
The Customer for any reason not satisfied with their purchase may cancel the contract of sale without penalty give reasons within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased.
The withdrawal must be expressed by sending the said period of 10 days for a registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The notice may be sent by telegram or fax within the stipulated period of ten days as it is confirmed by registered A / R within 48 hours. Customer shall return, within such period of ten days at the aforementioned place of IRIS Ltd., the goods itself, perfectly intact and in its original packaging, at its expense.
If the merchandise is under the above conditions,
Customer will be entitled to full refund, within thirty days of what was paid, unless the amount paid on account contribution for travel expenses and the amount paid by IRIS for collection charges if the amount has been paid by credit card, that will not be refunded.
If the amount was paid by credit cards, IRIS Ltd. will credit the same amount in 10 working days.
The overall integrity of the goods and packaging are received prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.
